I am Joanne Lakomski, your Human Resorceress. Through coaching and consulting I have an "uncanny ability" to unleash the best of individuals and organizations; potentiating people and organizations to release their magic. My use of traditional and non-traditional modalities within the practices of coaching and organization development create an experience where you successfully and joyfully do the work in front of you; that you have chosen or to which you have been called. Together we will work magic for you and/or your colleagues/friends/family and/or your organizations or institutions facing your world's VUCAH realities (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous, hyperconnected) and the erosion or absence of a "normal".

With over 25 years assisting team, department, and organization leaders, the Human Resorceress works with data and insights provided through engagement with you and your organization.
