Coaching Options
The Human Resorceress works with clients in different ways to meet their coaching needs. Clients seeking a programmatic or more structured coaching experience may be interested in Mental Fitness or Self-Leadership 1-2-3 programs.
Resorceress Coaching is grounded in Gestalt theory and will focus you on you and your interests, concerns, desires, uncertainties, and curiosities.
Gestalt, from the German word for configuration or how things are put together, is often translated as “whole”.
In Resorceress Coaching, you receive coaching for your whole self, your Gestalt. Your coaching may include executive coaching or life coaching or development coaching; whatever coaching is needed to support YOU!
Resorceress Coaching will stand alone or may include, with your agreement, the utilization of processes, materials, or other assessments and devices at an additional cost.
Starting with a no-cost 30-minute introductory meeting to determine if we work well together, I will submit a coaching agreement based upon our meeting that outlines costs and commitments for your approval.
Based upon the work of Shirzad Chamine and his Positive Intelligence organization, this program works through an app in your smart-phone and meeting with Joanne, the Resorceress, individually and in a support “zoom pod” of other bootcamp participants. (You could join a pod put together by the Human Resorceress or form your own pod with people you know also interested in this program. Co-workers, teams, and families have gone through this program, as pods, previously. Generally, pods may begin on any Saturday.)
Utilizing recent studies in neuroscience, positive psychology, performance science, and cognitive psychology, this program introduces you to your Saboteurs and builds your mental fitness muscle through recognition of the voice of your Saboteurs, developing your use of your Sages and increasing your neurologic self-command.
Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. And that’s what the Mental Fitness Bootcamp program design empowers you to do.
Your commitment:
- Through the app on your smart phone, participate in the 4 –short sessions totaling about 15 minutes per day for six weeks (five days/week)
- Watch a one-hour video (that releases on Saturday) prior to the pod meeting
- Engage in a meeting with a pod of others also in the bootcamp/week 30 – 60 minutes/week to reinforce understanding and pod support.
- Engage in two individual 30 minute coaching sessions with Joanne before and after the bootcamp
- Optional 15-minute weekly individual coaching sessions to enhance benefits, will be available
The Mental Fitness Bootcamp is a six-week intensive experience.

Following the Mental Fitness Bootcamp – you will have the option for continued access to the app with or without new materials and with or without continued coaching.
Based upon participants’ interest, information will be shared about these options and their costs in the final weeks of the Bootcamp.
(Attending and engaging with the activities of the Mental Fitness Bootcamp will provide you with a solid mental fitness foundation. You will have tools to use going forward that would be enhanced if you continued to work with the app.)
Grounded in Neuro-Axiology – studying the brain and value, and the work of Robert Hartman, the Self-Leadership 1-2-3 program helps us bring our “A” game; our most powerful thinking and being to any situation.
Studies show that most of us only bring our mental “A-Game” – our best thinking, talent, and wisdom – about 15% of the time. The other 85% of time is dominated by our “B-Game” – our deeply-rooted, mostly subconscious mental habits, biases, and beliefs that limit or undermine our potential and performance.
The Self-Leadership 1-2-3 program provides the science-driven tools and methods needed to assess your current thinking, beginning with the VQ Profile Assessment. This will identify your best thinking and then the program helps you to unlock, unleash, and use more of your untapped A-Game. This produces improvements in your life and work quality.
Consider this definition of good: Something is good to the degree it has all the attributes to meet its purpose.

This program supports you defining, living and working your purpose.
During the program you will have access to the Axiogenics learning system through the internet (learn about the Axiogenics organization, below), and engage with Joanne for coaching and application of the learning in regular Zoom or in-person, interactions.
This coaching option will be scheduled to support your availability; suggested timing is every two weeks for six to eight, 60 – 90 minute sessions – while you learn and practice/engage with the material between sessions.
